How to solve Outlook and OWA OST Synchronization Problem ?

If this process not resolve the issue then rebuild OST file and delete all data from folder then down load again from Exchange Server.
Steps to Rebuild an OST File:
Delete exiting data from OST file for need to be rebuild then Rename OST file.
- First locate OST file by these step : first click Start button then open Run dialog box now pst following path location in run dialog box.
- If folder not visible then need unhide them ,following these step
(a)Open My computer then navigate to Tools /Organize menu and Select file option and search option from drop down list
(b)In View tab ,uncheck the option “Hide extension for known file types” - By Default Cached copy of the exchange database save ad Outlook.ost .If OST file already exit then Outlook create new OST file with suffix as Outlook1.ost file .IF user want to rename this OST file
- If error BOX show error “‘File is in Use”, make sure that Outlook .exe and Winword.exe processes not running . Open Task manager and look for Outlook.exe and Winword.exe ,if these process running ,If process running these terminate this process
- After rename OST file then restart Outlook .then now how message box with message “Preparing for first use .”then Now wait for mailbox synchronization for OST file .Synchronization process depend on OST file size.
If mailbox synced with OST file check issue .If problem not solve then user use third part tools.
